QuizNext is a gamified revision and skill-building app that caters to ICSE & CBSE students from Grade 6-10. The app uses advanced machine-learning tools and uses AI to provide personalized practice and revision plans. The app is currently active and has over 30,000+ installs and is being used in over 620+ schools and 100+ cities in India. QuizNext is a product of Pengala Learning Pvt. Ltd.
What problem are we trying to solve?
Even after understanding the concepts well, 40% of the students forget what they have learned within the first few days. Indian education system handles this problem by running a revision cycle towards the end of the academic cycle, by then most of the students do not recollect their learnings. Research suggests a pattern to revise effectively, however expecting students to revise continuously adds more stress to their routine.

Solution -
Implementing a gamified revision pattern can ease the burden of constant revision. Use a child's cool off time to engage them in quiz-based learning - with quizzes that are curriculum-aligned, but designed to evaluate the knowledge retention, concept understanding and basic concept application skills.

QuizNext was born with an aim of making learning, more specifically revising fun through quizzes.
After validating certain scenarios with our users (age group 9–14) with sample paper-based quizzes and other quiz apps, we got insights on what kind of gamification they like/don't like, what question types they're comfortable with, and so on.
Taking these insights, we created our MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and User flows, rough wireframes and a product road map for testing within the company and the kids at the learning studio before going for development.
