

Woozoe's Competitor Analysis and Content Strategy
This was part of the content strategy and market analysis process. After completing user journeys and discussing different roles within the company in relation to user journeys, I conducted a quick primary competitor analysis to write down our content and marketing strategies. The competitor analysis overview pushed us to conduct quick surveys to understand and assess the need for our app and type of content that can help drive the message. After gathering insights from the
survey and Woozoe's SWOT analysis, I broke down our challenges and came to a conclusion that content management was the most important part of our success
strategy and one of our biggest challenges. This served as a great starting point to create elaborate content and marketing strategies, which proved to be successful in getting us to 27,000 Facebook likes, 1800+ App downloads, and over 5000+ crowdsourced dish recommendations on the app in a matter of 3 months.
